The affairs of the Association shall be managed by the Board of Directors, of which the immediate Past President shall serve as the chairman, shall consist of:

The President, The President-Elect, The immediate Past President, The Treasurer, The Executive Vice President, The President of the Florida Society of Health System Pharmacists, The Speaker of the House of Delegates, The Vice Speaker of the House of Delegates, Nine (9) elected Directors who shall serve staggered terms, One elected Student Director, One elected Pharmacy Technician Director

The officers of the association shall be an immediate Past President, a President, a President-Elect, a Treasurer, a Speaker of the House, a Vice Speaker of the House, an Executive Vice President.

In the event of death, disability, resignation, non-residence, or removal from office of any officer of the association, or in the event any elective officer shall for any reason be unable or unwilling to act, then in such event the board of directors shall appoint the successor in office of the said officer for the unexpired term of office.
