Dianeysis Avendano
As a clinical manager, working behind the scenes, I don’t get much direct patient care interaction these days. However, knowing that I try each and every day to facilitate resources and provide tools to help my front line pharmacists do their job with maximum quality makes me proud. I know my efforts transcribe into better quality of care for my patients and gives me comfort in knowing I am part of something bigger than myself.

Joel Connor Stengel
My favorite quote is “I care. I care a lot. It’s kinda my thing,” and I believe this embodies my personality because I care deeply about people and genuinely want to see everyone be able to live a better life. I am excited for a career in pharmacy and being able to help patients in nontraditional ways!

D. Garrett Smith

I'm a proud member of FPA because I'm involved in making an impact to patients' lives on a larger scale.
We recognize the changes that need to be made for the betterment of our patients and how a pharmacist can be at the forefront of that change to improve access to quality healthcare.

It’s gratifying to apply my pharmacy expertise to guide the development of programs which optimize patient care and improve clinical outcomes. My training also affords me the opportunity to care for my loved ones in a very personal and rewarding way.
