Join Us as we go GREEN for the 42nd Southeastern Gatherin

 This year we are continuing the GO GREEN initiative by doing our part while we are in the beautiful Henderson Beach Resort & Spa. You have the opportunity to take part in this by various means.

1-We are giving you water bottles that you can refill throughout the convention at the numerous water stations.

2-Our brochure, all speaker notes, and any convention paper materials will now be available in digital form. You will receive a QR code to scan with the bag you will get upon checking in . Once you scan the QR code, you will gain access to a digital folder that will house all of this information so that if things change it will be updated instantly. 

3-We encourage that this year you recycle your plastic name badge holders and lanyards so that they can be reused in the coming year. 

4- You can reuse your convention bag, made from as a shopping or utility bag.
