Arrival & Check in
The check-in time at JW Marriott is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am. Early registration for the Convention opens at 1pm and is available until 4pm.

Orlando International Airport: 18.9 miles
Options and costs are at your discretion. Greyhound Station and the Kissimmee Train Station are available along with transportation services such as a cab, Uber, Lyft or others available company to bring you to the hotel.

Complimentary High Speed Internet Access will be available in guest rooms of all Marriott Bonvoy Members. Basic internet is available for all guests.
Meals & Refreshments
Various food and beverage options will be offered to registered Annual Meeting and Convention attendees throughout the duration of the published event dates for breakfast and lunch. During the Opening Night Reception and the Final Night Party food and beverage will be offered to attendees and their families.
