Join Us as we go GREEN for the 135th Annual Meeting & Convention

 This year we are continuing the GO GREEN initiative by doing our part while we are in the beautiful JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Orlando Resort & Spa. You have the opportunity to take part in this by various means.

1-We are giving you water bottles that you can refill throughout the convention at the numerous water stations.

2-Our brochure, all speaker notes, and any convention paper materials will now be available in digital form. You will receive a QR code to scan with the bag you will get upon checking in . Once you scan the QR code, you will gain access to a digital folder that will house all of this information so that if things change it will be updated instantly. 

3-We encourage that this year you recycle your plastic name badge holders and lanyards so that they can be reused in the coming year. 

4- You can reuse your convention bag, made from as a shopping or utility bag.
